IMPORTANT REMINDER

TO NRHA EXHIBITORS 

The NRHA Affiliate Designation deadline—July 1, 2009—is fast approaching. Please review the following information:

· Riders with membership in more than one NRHA Affiliate must declare the affiliate they plan to represent at the regional finals whether or not they have shown in more than one affiliate. Designations will carry over from year to year and will not be changed until a new designation is received. Carry over began in 2006.

· All designations stay active until the members sends in a new affiliate form

· If you have a designation from a previous affiliate and have joined another affiliate and are no longer a member of the original affiliate you will need to re-designate.

· The deadline to designate the affiliate you intend to represent for the current year is JULY 1, 2009. Designations received between July 1 and December 31 will apply to the next calendar year. NRHA is not responsible for designations not received by the deadline. Please verify that your designation has been received by the NRHA office.

Affiliate standings are on the NRHA web site, www.nrha.com. Riders who belong to more than one affiliate & have not designated an affiliate will appear in red. A rider’s name will also appear in red if a rider has designated a previous affiliate and has not changed it even though he or she is no longer a member of the original affiliate.

Check back if you don’t see your affiliate listed. Membership lists are getting updated each week. Contact me via e-mail if you name is missing or not listed under the correct affiliate. Don’t miss out on the opportunity to represent your affiliate at the Regional Affiliate Championship shows
